I completely agree with your answere Bala but this will not
be the only reason for me to invest so much money in a
Hydro Pneumatic System.

Also that this reason is not enough to install the system
in a low rise project.

1.The water presure in all the floors (Levels) will be the
same in Hydro pneumatic water supply but in Gravity system
its not.

In a hydro pneumatic system you need not to operate the pump for long hours but it operates automatically when there is a fall of pressure in the distribution line.This makes it more convenient the the gravity system.
