Np3 rcc = non pressure reinforcement concrete
Used for irrigation that's medium duty

NP3 non pressure Hume pipe of class-3 & other example of NP4 means class 4.Regarding above statement if the class is decreasing, the compressive strength reduced than upper classes. All over we can say that NP3 have less bearing strength in comparison of NP4.

rcc means reinforced cement concrete pipe but rcc np3 means
reinforced cememnt concrete normal pipe 3 is indicated
coding.
