1.Archive log/Oraarch dir is full-
Take a backup of the archive log dir. Extend the drive or
delete the unwanted logs.

2.There are no free Work processes-
Kill any running job which is running from long time.

Archive log dir full.
there is no space to writhe the redo log file.

Take a backup of the archive log dir. Extend the drive or delete the unwanted logs. then Switch logs. then this problem will be solved.
