In abap system we can not rolled back, but in JAVA system
we can. this 100% sure.

during the implementation of abap patches we can deimplement
the patch only when actual import phase starts.but once
patch is completely implemented we can not roll back.


in case of java using sdm(remotegui.bat) we can deimplement
the applied patches.but sap strongly recommends not to
deimplement the applied patches.thats why sdm is depricated
from netweaver 7.1 onwards

ABAP Patch apply can not be rollback after phase DDIC_IMPORT.
Only Database restore/recovery option take you to previous
state.

JAVA Patch can be deinstalled as mentioned by others.

In Java the patch cannot be rolled back, once the patch is
installed only the upgradation can be done but not the
degradation.

while installation of sap bi7.0 sr2 ides . it asking to check DDIC password in client 001 but i try by using master standard password but it show error popup"unable open RFC connection". is there any solution for RFC connection and password for ddic in client 001? pls it urgent for me.
