How to create client independent tables?

While creating table just dont give the field MANDT tht is
for client, n then the table wll be client independent.

1. The first field in a Client Dependant Table is MANDT and
is of type CLNT.
2. The first field in a Client Independent Table is not
MANDT and is of type CLNT.
So ensure that condition 2 hold true and condition 1 is
false while creating a table and it will be client
independant.
