An incomplete document may be park in SAP system without
carrying out extesive entry check. It can be completed,
cheched and then be posted at later date by a different A/C
clerk.
When a document park, data is not updated.Exception TR-CM
data. Park documents can be evaluated and can be used for
the advance tax reporting.In a park document a number is
assigned by the system or external assignment.
one can hold a document by temporary saving. here A
document number is not assigned. Document is not available
for adv. tax reporting or can not be used as evaluation
purpose.

Parked Doc main Purpose is For authorization hear for Ex: A/c clorck enter the information related a/c after the clorck will park the document and sent to the higher authorities then he check the document and if any editing is require correct it and post the document .

And about Hold Doc when the information is not clear the user 'll hold the document hear no gl a/c's updated hear only document generated . after getting the total information the user 'll edit the document and post.

Hi, If we have 10 company cocodes, in which we created 9 operative chart of accounts for 9 company codes and for last company code we created contry chart of accounts and we assign all company codes to one group company... can we get the reports for 10 company codes ?

Hi all, we are exporting data from SAP to excel file depending on company code , fiscal year , date range from tables bkpf and bseg for gl balance, bsid and bsad for customer , bsik and bsak for vendor it works fine. But i want to exclude the clearing doc entries from selection.As i added condition to exclude data with document type not 'AB' it won't work. Please suggest the way to exclude clearing doc. entries from SAP.

We had two controling areas with different Fiscal years. A year later we changed the FY so both Controlling areas now have same fiscal year. we want to get rid of one controlling area and bring all the company codes into one controlling area. What is the fastest and safest way to do it?

We are are looking to take the IS-Utility payment from the third party software where one API will be called with the variable input parameter (Business Partner/ Amount/ Bill reference number and so on..). and we are trying to post the payment in transaction FPCD cask desk for which we have searched several Functional Module but it do not worked and with BDC recording the transaction we are not able to save. kindly suggest any other payment method and Function Module, to figure out this solution.
