residual payment/value means it is a partial payment . but
partial payment shows the how much amount we paid and how
much balance amount. But in residual it shows only the how
much amount you paid

when we do residual payment system will pay the partial
amount and generate new invoice for remaining amount.
do a residual payment and check in fbl1n t.code

What are the customization we have to do for foreign vendor? and How to make payment through APP? how the vendor is taken this payment(i mean how to send this payment to vendor)?
