How to measure Flow of air line,what is the procedure of
creating DP in line to measure Flow!

We can’t measure the flow value directly.
First create diff pressure in flow line using orifice,
annular pipe, venturi meter etc…
Then measure the diff pressure using any diff pressure
transmitter take square root get flow value.
Flow value = Sq.Root (Diff Pressure)

First of all, you have to create a restriction in order to
create a DP. There are several types of doing this and the
most common is by using an orifice plate. You can refer to
ISO 5167.
