For D/C(Double Circuit) Line having 6 phases & one Earthing
but S/C(single Circuit) line having 3 Phases & on Earthing

FOR SINGE CIRCUIT LINE 3 CONDUCTORS AND 1 NEUTRAL WIRE USED.
FOR DOUBLE CIRCUIT LINE 6 CONDUCTORS AND 1 EARTH WIRE USED.
BASICALL FOR DISTRIBUTION PURPOSE SINGLE CIRCUIT LINE AND

If a 220 or 400kV line is having single circuit. Then there
will be 4 or 5 wires. 3 wires for phases and 1 or 2 ground
wires depending upon the tower structure.
