why power generated only 11KV not more than????????
and why power up/down is multification of 11*?=??.???
foe Example 11/33,11/66,66/11KV etc,

power is generated at11kv and multiples of 11 bcz of form
factor i.e., for sinusoidal is 1.11.

may be increased greater than 11kv insulation of winding also increased & maintenance also tough.

normally the genaration station genarates only 6.6kv it is
step up and sen to near substation then we r using
6.6kv/11kv it for avoiding lossesi.e eddy current.then we
step up/down as per load on the feeder

so 1.11*10000=11 kv
1.11*20000=22 kv and so on

AS insulation of alternator winding is comparatively easy & economical at 11KV.
Voltage rating is always multiple of 1.1 or 11 due to form factor. EMF induced in alternator is E(max.) value. The average value of induced EMF =Emaximum x 1.11.Here 1.11 is farm factor.
