why some transmission lines have 7 wires n why some have 3 n 4??

question is about transmission line.
If a 220 or 400kV line is having single circuit. Then there
will be 4 or 5 wires. 3 wires for phases and 1 or 2 ground
wires depending upon the tower structure.
