We can make advance payment through APP:
1. Need to Make a advance payment request F-47.
2. In OBYR assign the G/L Accounts (Reconciliation A/C &
Advance A/C) for a Special G/L Indicator.
3. Assign this special gl indicator in FBZP configuration.
4. Then Run F110.

You need to use a down payment request to a vendor. This will create a noted item in the vendor, which you need to include with the APP. This will post the advance to the vendor as a special G/L transaction.
There are two steps to make an advance payment to a vendor:
1.Create a down payment request through T-code F-47.
2.in FBZP for All Company Code do not foreget to put F (down payment request) and down payment Sp. GL you want to perform payment for.
2.Post the down payment through T-code F110 (APP). The system will pay for all down payment requests by check or bank transfer

In gl master, we have a option “balance in local currency” and “account currency”. What does it mean?

how to calculate interest for multiple loans in sap. with multiple loans a/c and multiple interest paid a/c. Ex: If I had suppose 3 term loans from ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank. I will create three GL a/cs and I wanted to create separate Interest paid for each of the loan like Interest paid on ICICI bank etc.. but how to calculate this interest and how to assign for automatic postings in OBV2.
