Answer / amir rashid chishti
It is applicable only in Linear Circuits. For clearity when
Resistance used in circuit is independent of Voltage and
Current mean resistance not changing its value with
increase or decrease of current or voltage.

Answer / riki
Not only temperature, all physical condition including
pressure should be remain same, basically it is for linear
d.c circuit or a circuit with resistance only which is
practically not possible in A.C circuit due to presence of
inductance and capacitance.
