occ is graph between the Ef and If.The final value of the Ef is 125% of the rated voltage.The graph shows that for the low values of If the relaion is linear between If and Ef.an when the values of the IF is increased the Ef vs IF will not be a straigt line because of the saturation in iron part in magnetic circiut.and magnetic saturation sets in...for this reason occ is called magnetising characteristics...
