selection criteria,extcat user's list,execute su10 enter
list of user's and assign role to them

Did you mean User group [SUGR]?
if yes then you can not assign roles to user group.

But you can easily assign the roles to users filtered by
the group by using SU10 fullfilling your goal of assigning
roles to 4 users.

Hey If you have LDAP mapping with SAP R3 then you may create user group there and can assign ldap role which is mapped to SAP role . SO as soon these user are created in LDAP and usergroup is assigned there , background job will sync-up (if background job scheduled)and sap user will be assigned those roles. But for this to happen you need to map it correctly with LDAP. In R3 you can find t-codes for LDAP configuration starting with LDAP.
