CT error 5P10 It means .10 times of current fiows as per Ct
ratio the error will be 5%.

Class 0f CT : 5P10.....
It state that if there 10 times current of plug setting
flows through the primary, there would be +/- 5 % error may
take place in the secondary side of the CT.
So 5 is the tolarence or accuracy class & 10 is the
accuracy class limit factor.it is denoted by the symbol

this relates to ct meant for protection purpose.5p stands
for class of ct which means the current error at rated
primary current is 1%(+or-)and 10 mean that this ct will be
reasonably accurate upto 10 times the rated primary current.

Dear Sir, we met a disaster with our 62.5 kva genset, after rewinding we informed by our contract engg that due to return current coming in neutral & impropper earthing this happend. But after all set up & load balance we checked & found again we have about 20 to 32 amp return current on neutral. we have 12 airconditioner + 12 mini fridge on single phase line. Pl suggest any idea to solved this problem
