practically it is not applicable, explain why?

because load in practical cannot be balanced, so because of
that the uneven current flows in the circuit means three
phase,neutral tries to balance the load.

Current flows in neutral also but in threephase circuits
the neutral of transformer is earthed, hence reference
voltage from ground to the neutral always showing zero or
upto 7 volts. hence even if we touch the live neutral wire
with bare foot also we wont experience shock.
