Normally neutral is connected to the earth.In that neutral
line we are connecting ct bcoz of sensing the earth fault to
protect the transformer winding against earth fault.

and earth.(neutral bush of T/F to CT P1, CT P2 to earth).
This CT (PS Class) out put is using for REF (Restricted
earth fault protection of transformer winding)ie.REF is
