What i enjoy while working with people is, peoples are of
different minded personality i enjoyed the different
behaviours of those people in their work which differs from
each others.

working with people means working with different
mentalities and different skillsets. this enhances your
capability to understand people and work with them ,
improvising your team leader capabilities.
if you need them you should understand them and once you
understand them you can work with them.

If u r in HRD than u have to take calls & make calls.I am
enjoying with working peoples.bcz u have to intract with
differnt peoples.U can learn a lot from them.Mr.Sarvanan is
also right...peoples are of
