& why not inductor though the both elements stores energy?

In capacitor 2 plate between dielectric medium while capacitor in operation then its fist charge and after some time its discharge.due to the plate while in inductor in which wire turn is use in which flux is charge the indhuctor then as x'mer flux is remain max .whith drow required amount if current form supply and it's continue to connected with the ckt .where in case of capacitor if capacitor charge its contain short path or if remove souce then act like source.

Capacitor discharges While Inductor doesn't discharges when put in operation because capacitor leads the current by 90 degree while in inductor current lags by 90 degree.
