i think the question is incomplete ,
we know n=(1-s)ns , so, ns=(120*50)/4=1500 rpm.
so we need to know the slip of motor then we find answer.

f given ferquency
p is number of poles

then we have 4 poles on the sator and 6 poles on the
roter 120x50/3/2=1000
