well its in year 2000. The basic change is, for all RCC
work the minimum grade of concrete becomes M-20 instead of
M-15

IS 456:2000(reaffirmed 2005) is fourth revision.other than
M@0 is minimum grade & grades higher than M40 many things
are incorporated.all taht things is written in 1st two pages
of IS 456..plz read those things.
