If you create a table you can insert, edit and delete the
records in SE11 only. But In real time end users does not
have access for SE11.If you maintain the table maintenance
genarator in SE11 we can create Tcode for the table where
he can create and edit the records...

Table maintenance Generator is used to generate programs
that can handle the data input into the table.
One you generate them one can maintain the data in that
table through SM30. This will allow the users to insert or
delete or modify the data in the dable.
