Lap Length is equal to
30D for Tension zone : 30*10 =300 mm
24D for compression zone : 24*10 =240 mm

here dia should be 10 mm....if it is...then..gross
dia=10+1.5=11.5mm....so lap length will be....47*11.5=530mm
approx...........
