HOW THE ORIFICE & PRV SIZING BE HAPPENED -- EXPLAIN IN BRIEF..

Answer / sanchayan

Orifice sizing can be best done as per BS1042-1991 VERSION,
SECONDLY ORIFICE SIZING IS DONE DUE TO THE FOLLOWING MAIN
CONSIDERATIONS:-
1) ABSOLUTE PRESSURE -DENSITY CALCULATION&DP/P1
2) ABSOLUTE TEMPERATURE-Density calculation& thermal
expansion
3)ABSOLUTE VISCOSITY- for viscosity calculation as it is
directly proportional to temperature and inversely
propotional to temperature.
