1.In R12 we can access multiple operating units in single responsibility but in 11i we can access single responsibility fro single operating unit.
2.In R12 to set org id
mo_gloal.set_policy_context(org_identifier,org_id)
in 11i

3.In R12 ,Inventory have two types
process manufacturing and discreate manufacturing
but 11i
only like single module like inventoy.

but in 11i, called vendors.

11i only forms basis application but R12 is now forms and
HTML pages.11i is particularly in responsibility and
operating unit basis but R12 is multi operating unit basis.
11i is particularly in set of books using and R12 using in
ledgers. 11i in MRC Reporting level set of books called
reporting set of books but in R12 reporting ledgers called
as reporting currency. Banks are using at single operating
unit level in 11i and ledgers level using in R12.

R12 is came up subledger accounting method,11i consist of 3
Cs, R12 Consists of 4Cs, ( Chart of accounts , Currency,
calendar & convenstion/subledger accounting method).R12

Hi all, I have setup my AP and created 3 invoice batches which as seen validated yet when i try to make payment i get the following error"APP-SQL - 10006: the date you entered is not an open accounting period." I have opened the calendar for that month yet it giving me this error. Any help will be appreciated.
