as per question..if u r company identifies my talent and
dedication towards firm..then u defenetly increase my
pay..other wise some other org will recognize my worth...i
think u r company will identify my prospectus,rather than
others.,,then what is the question of other company salary
hykes...

as to ans this one to hr...
without being flatry...yes we're all here to grow ourselves
and for it, salary does matter a lot, but getting a high
salary doesn't mean that i am the Master of everything, for
it i have to furnish my base so i need to take a one step
forward at a time rather than playing high jumps...coz at
the end of the all My skill'll be my only asset to me...and
i am sure that i can make my base better with you... ;)

i will look for other practicalities of the job offered by
the reputed company. in case it is appealing i prefer to
take this to Hr and ask for hike basing on my
competitiveness. I would quit if no satifactory reply
fallows from HR.

If I am going to an Internview from such a company where
Iam not getting anything which Iam feeling positive, surely
I will say yes..But if am working in such a company where
they are not at all ready to accept any of my potention
towards works and ready to accept us a memeber of that
compancy..surely I will tell and change the company
