if i will give my all work to another company to complete my
work ,this is called outsourcing. A very good example is
BPO,beacuse they are hiring outsource in india to complete
their work.

Outsourcing-

There is one type when a company takes a function or process
that can't be done or performed within that company and
having it done or processed by another company.

There's another type which can be done within that company,
usually by an employee that is paid a salary to perform that
function or process, and based on a decision have it done
outside the company.
