HI FRIEND SAI BABA,

WHAT MAN, JUST THINK HOW U CAN SET STEAM POWER PLANT IN
DESERTS?
There is no water for drinking atleast at those deserts,
but how u can set steam power plant.

okey ur thinking in the view of availability of high
temperature, but there no water source.

The main raw material of steam is water.How we can procure
water at desert.So my option is gas plant.

i think gas power plant is more suitable for desert area because there is very low water available 4 drinking in normal days....
and for steam power plant there is a high amount of water required 4 steam generation, cooling tower and also for cleanliness of ash etc. so i will prefer gas power plant than a steam power plant..........

YESTERDAY I VE BEEN TO REGIONAL CBSE SCHOOLS SCIENCE
EXHIBITION,IN CHENNAI,IN WHICH THEY MADE A MODEL OF THE
POWER PLANT IN THE DESERT.BUT ITS REALLY ONE OF THE MEGA
STRUCTURES.LIKE A COOLING TOWER IT SHAPE IS CONVERGENT
NOZZLE(DIA OF 1 KILO METER/HEIGHT ALSO OGF 1 K.M..THEY USE
THE HOT AIR TO DRIVE THE TURBINES AT VARIOUS LEVELS LEAVING
OUT WITH OUT ANY CO2 LIKE GREEN HOUSE GASES. WHEN ENQUIRED @
ANY PRESENT EXISTENCE,YES,BUT 1/2 KM X 1/2 KM DIA & HEIGHT
IN ONE OF EUROPIAN COUNTRIES.
ADDED ADVANTAGE OF THE PLANT IS THE EXHAUSTED AIR COMING OUT
FROM THE TOWER CARRYING SOME HEAT GETS CONDENSED AT THAT
ALTITUDE BY THE SURROUNDING AIR HELPS IN FORMING THE RAINY
CLOUDS WHICH MAKES THE DESERT INTO A LIVING AREA.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST THE MODEL OF 1KM X1KM TOWER IS CAPABLE OF
PRODUCING POWER EQUAVELANT TO 7 NOS NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS
PRODUCING.
MY WORRY IS HOW THIS HIGE STRUCTURE CAN BE SUPPORTED IN THE
LOOSE SAND NATURE OF THE DESERT.
LETS HOPE FOR THE BEST!

To set a power plant we need the availiablity of both fuel
and water or gas.
as in desert water is not abundant we should go for gas
power plant
but i would go for a solar plant.
