the specification range and it should be 0.99

Correlation coefficient is showing, linear relationship between concentration and response but, regression coefficient shows strength of co-relation between concentration and response.
You can convert to % than it shows how much strength of Correlation in percentage
Regression x 100 = strength of co-relation
