you do the transport by releasing the change request from
the DEV using SE01/SE09/SE10 T-Codes.

go to stms t.code select the transport tab .and u will
enter into the next screen select the transport request
which u want to transport and select halfly loaded lorry
symbol and u will get a screen in that select target
client and then click ok.

Firstly create a change transport request through tcode
se01,se09 or se10.
release your transport request from dev system...

then run a tcode stms and and press the truck button to
release it from domain controller.

First check whether the transport is released or not In the
transaction se01.
Goto Transaction STMS-->Export-->Cheque-->select the sytem
to which u have to tranport-->it will ask for password--
>click on confirm by clicking on the option called
overwrite originals.
