THe direction of 3 phase induction motor can be reversed by
interchanging the connections i.e. if motor is connected to
3 phase as RYB now by connecting motor in RBY will result
in reversal of direction of motor as the direction of flux
is reversed by changing the connections

In a company the lines carrying 33KV but the load is below 10000Volts so we know that <11KV we can put 11KV lines but the lines are 33KV,..so how we can step down the voltage to 11KV with out erecting a substation
