proportional controller changes the controller output with
respest to error
but it produces linear offset

In controller must be used proportaional (P). according to
change in input it 'll change the output. means output is
proportional to the input. if controller is direct action
it 'll be directly proportional and if controller is
reverse action then it 'll be inverslly proportional. Keep
in your mind controller input is always an error signal.
