whenever a live wire touches an enclosure of an equipment a
ground fault occurs, so to provide the personnel protection
the equipment enclosure is connected to grounded neutral
wire through a grounding conductor to make earth and
enclosure electrically common. At the same time the ground
fault current flows from the enclosure back to the source
to trip the protection device

There are 3 types of neutral systems: TN TT and IT. In both
TN and TT the neutral should be connect to earth. IT the
neutral should not be connect to earth (or connect via a
high value restistor).

when you use input side delta-star txt
than u txt secondary u will connected the neutral and u r
load is safe and search voltage going to grounded.
