FOR ELECTRICAL TRANSMISSION TOWER WHAT SHOULD BE THE MINIMUM HEIGHT FROM THE GROUND? AND WHAT SHOU..

Answer / k.prakashchandra

For extra high tension tr lines, the minimum clearance is
not less than 5.2 mtr+ 0.3 mtr for every 33 Kv or part
thereof by which the voltage of the line exceedes 33
Kv,provided that the minimum clearance along or across the
road shall not be less than 6.1 mtr.Clearances between
conductors for 66 Kv 75 cm,110 Kv- 125 cm ,132-160cm,220-
210 cm and 400Kv-410 cm
