manual mode- 1.battery terminal or its cable demaged.
2. low volt in battery.3. self motor problem.
4.fuel block.
auto mode- 1.EB power failure comand not going to dg
control panel. 2. DG CONTROL panel not reset.

this is fully interlock system so this is not working in eb

if the DG is in auto mode
1)Signal may be not reaching the DG from main panel.
2)Battery may not have enough charge to crank the DG.
3)Shortage of fule in DG or flow of fule to th DG may have
problem.
4)In case of more no of DG controle wiring may have problem.
5)synchronization off DG may have problem.
6)phase sequence may have problem.

hi I have done 3 yrs diploma in electrical engg after 10+2. I have 16 years of work experience into design proposals sales and engg application development in LV/MV swithcgear and sub station automation field. We have a 33/11kv switchyard having 12.5 MVA power transformer. We export & import power through this transformer. When we export power, the PF will be depend on GRID PF & when we import power the PF will be depend on our load PF. but the problem is that,when neither we export nor import but our 33KV vCB is in close position,our meter read the power factor 0.14 to 0.25 at that moment. So how can be we improve the power factor at that moment.
