A person is any natinal of a articular country whether
liable to pay tax or not.

Assessee is the person who is liable to file the income tax
under IT act 1962.

Deemed Assessee is a person who is deemed to be an assessee
as per IT law and rules and who is now liable to file the
tax return.

Agricultural income is the income from farm sources which
carries certain conditions-
The cultivation to harvesting of a crop is considered as
agricultural crop in IT act and is exempt from tax.
The farm should be situated in the immediate vincity of
contonment board.
The income is fully exempt from tax
