Forging is forming a component in a press or hammer.
Fabrication is process of manufacring component by cutting,
machining and welding and all. for example when you want to
have a bench or table, you need to fabricate it. But when
you need to manufacture a a car door, it is to be forged.
even your coins are produced using forging, but the
operation is known as punching.
