hi frnds,
the error on the site is a small one, it means that the
linking of the database has not been done properly.Either a
connection has been left open and not closed or the link has
not been supplied properly.this is a small error which takes
only 1 minute to be rectified.but as we all know that in ssc
1 min job may take days and weeks.Newayz this also means
that some changes in the database have been done or probably
are being done.now whether these are in connection with our
results or not is to be seen, we can only hope that it is
pertaining to our result.
Lets wait and see, only time will tell what happens.

But ssc had declared 45,883 candidates qualified for main
in 2006 exam.
see the notice below
STAFF SELECTION COMMISSION
Combined Graduate Level (Preliminary) Examination, 2006.
Declaration of result for appearing in the Graduate Level
(Main) Exam.2006.
The Staff Selection Commission had conducted the Combined
Graduate Level
(Preliminary) Examination, 2006 on 04.02.2007 at various
examination centres all over the
country. In all, 3,36,634 candidates appeared in this
examination. Following are the roll
numbers of 45,883 candidates who have qualified
provisionally in the said examination and are
thus eligible for appearing in the Graduate Level (Main)
Examination, 2006, which is tentatively
scheduled to be held on 04.08.2007 - Scheme 'B' , and on
5th and 11th to 12th August, 2007
- Scheme 'A'.
2. Roll number, category, etc., of the candidates, as shown
in the result, have been taken
from their OMR answer scripts. It is important for the
candidates belonging to reserved
category for whom certain percentage of vacancies is
reserved as per the policy of the
Government, to note that some of them may have been
declared eligible for the Main
Examination for the specific category mentioned in the
result. In case of any discrepancy in
the category status, the category mentioned by the
candidates in the Main Examination
application form will be treated as final and the result of
the Preliminary Examination in such
discrepancy cases will be verified accordingly. It is,
therefore, in the interest of the candidates
concerned to contact immediately the respective Regional
Offices of the Commission in all
such cases where they do not belong to the categories shown
against their roll numbers.
3. The candidates who have qualified in the Preliminary
Examination will have to apply
afresh for the Main Examination. The Commission would be
sending by post (U.P.C) the
application forms for the Main Examination to all eligible
candidates by 16.5.2007. Such of the
qualified eligible candidates who do not receive the
application form for the Main Examination
by 21.5.2007, should immediately thereafter contact the
respective Regional Office of the
Commission.
4. Candidates may kindly note that the last date of
submission of completed
applications has been extended upto 1st June, 2007.
5. The result is also available on SSC’s Website -
http://sscresults.nic.in.

hi kapil
according to ur logic
45883/20=2294~2295
and 6000/3=2000
so scheme B may have 2295-2000=295 posts vacant or maximum
350 posts.
earlier what i have said that 800 posts may be too much
expectation for us....
