Thanks Prabhat Jha for the information.
Ya I also heard that those who got in
Delhi,Mumbai,Chennai,Bangalore and some other cities
have already joined the department.
But I got in guwahati.I ve also asked to the department.
They said that i ll be given joining letter after the
completion of PVR but it was completed on 13 January.
I dont know what happen to all the government departments
starting from SSC.They are too slow in every process.After
waiting for a long time to know the final result, now I am
waiting another long time for more than 1 year after the
declaration of final result.

Frankly speeking friends,
seeing the ssc's policy I have doubt whether the result
would come on 30th Jan Friday or not!!

Hi all

I recently get the news from some authentic sources that
results will not be out in coming 15 days.

Someone is telling that, they are going to take preference
for services again because of the implementation of the
recommedations of 6CPC. If this happens, it will take
another 2 months.

and there also a new from some person tha the vacancies are
is also deducted to 2700 from 3500.

Plz. find if these news carry some weieght as I am in Govt.
Service and their information cannot be negated.

We ,the GENERAL CATEGORY also need reservation as OBC,
SC,ST have? we do not commit any sin,then why this
discrimination.in todays society no one is lagging behind
then why should we face this unsymmetrical competition in
every sphere of life.

Yes Mr. Untouchable, is right. Our society has been
disintegrated for several thousand years...n now we need to
compensate for our fore-fathers guilt n make the society
further fragmented...Let me tell u one thing, the benefit of
reservation fails to reach the lowest strata of the reserved
category as it is usually cornered by the english speaking
upper strata of the reserved community...If there is need
for reservation then it should be on the basis of income
disparity n not on the basis of caste or creed...have u ever
thought what happens to a poor Brahmin in free India????
nobody is there to help him, he is on his own...the Indian
Constitution provided reservation,initially for ten years n
know 60 years have past but the menace of reservation is
still dividing our country...even more potent question is
that has it reduced the poverty among the SC, ST, OBC???the
answer is a big "NO"...U said that if we abolish reservation
then it will give impetus to naxalism but has reservation
reduced naxalism in anyway for the last 60 years...people
like Mr/Mrs Untouchable take pride in calling themselves
untouchable as this the easiest way to keep reservation for
another century...Mr/Mrs Untouchable it is not ur body that
is untouchable anymore but ur soul definitely is...n it is
only u who could mend it by hard work n labour,not by crying
out loud for reservation...

There should be no reservation.
if govt wants to do welfare for this .... category,
then govt should give them an amount of cash for betterment
of their education so that they can make themselves ready
for competition and that has to be done strictly according
to their family income.

There are cases i saw where father is a state civil service
officer/IAS officer still his son enjoying the reservation
facility.Why??????????

There are a lot of students frm general category who are
very poor, what steps taken for them. Can u reply Mr
UNTOUCHABLE...

You are right Lalloo ,The person who is supporting here to
SC and ST feeling shame to disclose his or her name
.Actually they know that Kota procedure is Dark spot on
success ,The person who is actually in need of job belong to
SC ST ,i also supporting him .But the person who is hiding
himself here knows that could earn his living comfortably
,but they are misusing govt. weak policies .

There shouldn't be any KOTA in India ,If it is necessary
,then 20% would be fine for them who is actually in need of
job like Bihari lal .

Dear friends, I am very shocked and sorry to see the blame
game and the wrath of the upper and lower categories. I
just want to ask a question - Has anyone had a choice to be
born in a specific caste ? None of us. Of course
reservation has been misused and not extended to the needy
rather it has been given on caste basis because vote bank
politics can easily be decided on the basis of caste,
religion, region but not on the basis of living standards.
To tell u dear friends, still if you see the final results,
hardly there are any candidates from SC/ST category who
qualify at general standard and it is sufficient to prove
the need of reservation. I am not in support of reservation
but I do not oppose it blindly only because I am an upper
caste. One day all will be equal. To quote Dinkar :
SHANTI NAHI TABTAK JABTAK,
SUKH BHAG NA NAR KA SAM HO
NAHI KISI KO BAHUT ADHIK HO
NAHI KISI KO KAM HO.
