We have to deal all customers/clients with politeness. If a
person is not satisfied or he is behaving unreasonable,
then only work will satisfy him. Customer satisfaction is
panacea for such tricky customer.

To tackle a difficult customer, you have to find out what
he needs i.e what is it that is making him irritated. the
main cause behing it? and when u know the cause you should
work towards it to find a solution to his problem.

dificult customer means who have a proble with us ,
first afole we have to understand whats his proble
and we have to tell him a polite maner,
some customers cant understand properly because some resons
like language we have to tell him clearly .
dificult customer cant listen what we are saying because he
faced a problem with our product ar service ,we have to to
try to solve his probem and tell him a clear maner,

First of all we should assure him that we can solve his
problem, enhance the service level to customer expectation
as each and every customer have their own expectation on
service level by frequently call him or communicate him
either personally or over phone till he feels that his
problem are taken care of. Once we get into confident of
customer, the difficult customer become an easy customer to
us.

okay here all of us as a human being should first understand what is behaviour...all humans have their own character...some could be really rude BUT we should listen to what they say before we prejudge that particular person...probably preciously the customer would have gone through a though time with customer service and be very patient..! try to grab their attention just to explain the purpose of the call...DO IT!
