First of all we should assure him that we can solve his
problem, enhance the service level to customer expectation
as each and every customer have their own expectation on
service level by frequently call him or communicate him
either personally or over phone till he feels that his
problem are taken care of. Once we get into confident of
customer, the difficult customer become an easy customer to
us.
