First we Have to check the ALE setting
if ale settings are fine then check messages are struck at queses check that option also then u have to import is successfully by providing correctl credentials

u might not be import the idoc propery. first go to
integration repository --->go to import object option and
right click---import of sap object than u can import the idoc
