It means that the surge arresters step down the high
voltage of 150 to 20.

Voltage Rating Of LA ( KV )= 0.8* LINE Volgage of the
Substation.

here 0.8 is earthing coefficent factor for solidely
grounded system.....

we can connect and 20 is diameter in mm since Variaster is
in round in shape.

Are we do it in single transformer with dual primary as 11 KV and 33 KV and constant output as 415 Volts?.
