LT Cables are designed for 490V & below voltages.
It has insulation of 1.1KV
HT cable are designed for 490V & more i.e; 6.6KV,11KV etc.
It has insulation of 11KV & above.

HT cable has contain phases only not neutral core 1 or 3 core 1ly insulation was thick but
LT cable has contain additional neutral have core 3.5 and 4
