The size is based on the two factors the lengh ( as the
length will be high the voltage drop will increase )of the
two point & the load current to be flow from the cable .

it depend upon connecting load and voltage . cable size is
calculated by = (IT^(o.5))/k
where I= max. fault current
T=time to withstand fault current
K=conductor constant , for alluminium k=0.094
