Hi,please help me out with my ques:when a bug araises how
will we send the bug report to developer in which way?if
through mail means how which way?first to who we need to
send the report?

First A bug can be reported by using a Bug tracking tools
(like Quality Center,Test Director, Bugs,Bugzilla, through
microsoft Outlook/IBM Lotus notes).A bug should be reported
by using the reproducible steps (the steps by which the bug
can be reproduceded).Screenshot/Attachments of the bug
arasied application. Assign to the developer or System
Analyst or Project Manager( who then assign to the
corresponding Developer).
There are different hirarchies to assign an issue/bug
depending upon the Organization or Campany
Tester <---->PM <--->System Analyst <---> developer
Tester <---> System Analyst <--> developer

IF the project is using any bug reporting tool then the
tester assigns the bug to the developer by giving the
descrpiton of the bug by writing the reproducalbe steps and
Severity and Priority of the bug and where we are getting
this bug(Location) then assign this bug to the developer.
Otherwise u can send the bug details using either Excel
sheet ot Through Mail also

using the bug reporting tools we can send the bugs, along
with the acknowledgement mail.we will send the mail first
to our team leads ->to PM -->development team
