srs...means software or system req'd specifications.SRS
gives an overview or complete details of the customer
requirments....based on vch we develop our functional specs
& usecases.Design documents consist of 2 types HLD &
LLD...wher as HLD specifies the xternal design of the
app...aher as LLd defines logic o every sub-module vth
detailed front-end & back-end..3) when the new build is
received n 2 d testing environment..the Project manager &
team lead decide based on d functionality & man-power who
to take what...!!

SRS is basically organisations' understanding of customer
requirements and dependencies for a particular point of
time prior to any actual design or development work. It
provides input to the development team to design the
project. It provides input to the testing team for

SRS will be prepared by BA (it may be the exact BA or the
guy who acts as coordinator for the project from our end to
