Steping Up or Down the voltage depends on the ratio of no.
of turns on Transformer primary & secondary winding. Bothe
the times frequency remains same.

will depend on Time Period Not in Magnetude. If magnetude
of Voltage increases(220V to 11KV) threre is no effect on
Frequency

Speed of any machine = 120* F / P
F = frequency
P = No of poles
F=(speed x P)/ 120
Frequency is not related on any factor of generation, hence
could not be changed due to variation in Voltage.
