Does frequency change with increasing voltage i.e 220v to 11kv? explain if not?..

Answer / maheshreddy

Frequency: No. of Cycles per Second (1/T). So Frequency
will depend on Time Period Not in Magnetude. If magnetude
of Voltage increases(220V to 11KV) threre is no effect on
Frequency

Does frequency change with increasing voltage i.e 220v to 11kv? explain if not?..

Answer / amit kumar sharma

Speed of any machine = 120* F / P
F = frequency
P = No of poles
F=(speed x P)/ 120

Frequency is not related on any factor of generation, hence
could not be changed due to variation in Voltage.
