I think Call center is physical station where make call or receive,mainly call center is two type firstly Inbound in which handling process of customer care,information regarding product or function.And secondly outbound which includes sales process like product sales through telemarketing.

consult our problems related to service, related to
connection or anything else. and It is also informe us
about our bill, new schems etc. There are two types of call
center first is Ingone where calls are recieved and second
is outgone where calls are done. so a call center Interview

center are divided into inbound and outbound call center in
inbound call center agent recived calls from coustomer who
